Product News - Hanwha Vision Introduces 5-Year Warranty Program as Global Standard

Boosting Customer Satisfaction and Partner Support with Confidence in Product Quality

Hanwha Vision, the global vision solution provider, is excited to unveil a 5 year warranty program as its global standard for worldwide customers. This announcement marks a significant milestone in Hanwha Vision‘s commitment to delivering high-quality premium services and fostering strong partnerships with our global distributors and end-users.

In an effort to consistently raise the bar for customer satisfaction and stand out in the video surveillance market, Hanwha Vision is extending its warranty coverage to five years. Previously, Hanwha Vision‘s warranty policy varied between 1 to 5 years, depending on the region and type of partnership with distributors. However, the company is now streamlining its warranty policy, providing an integrated and consistent offering irrespective of region or partnership type. This move comes in response to Hanwha Vision‘s rapid growth in the USA, Europe, and various Asian countries.

The global 5-year warranty coverage is especially advantageous for customers looking to minimize their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) with Hanwha Vision’s products and solutions in the long run. This policy change also represents a significant leap forward in terms of trust and service quality for all Hanwha Vision distributors.

Choong Hoon Ha, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Hanwha Vision, stated that “Hanwha Vision is always deeply appreciative of the dedication and partnership of our global distributors. This 5-year warranty program not only demonstrates our confidence in the quality of our products but also aligns with our win-win growth strategy with our partners.”
